David Dickinson has just finished filming in Doncaster for the new series of Dickinson’s Real Deal, which will be aired in 2012. The popular, perma-tanned antiques expert filmed at The Dome for eight hours while struggling with tonsillitis. Recent antique furniture auctions in Cumbria and Lancashire have seen good prices realised on 18th and 19th century antique chests. In Cumbria, PFK Auctions saw two Georgian oak mule chests each realise £580, one against an upper estimate of £300.
